Medical Care Hub publishes emergency information and coordination support only, and does not claim to operate ambulance or emergency response services.
4. Appointment requests
- Submitting a form creates a request, not a confirmed booking.
- An appointment exists only after our team confirms it with you directly.
- Availability, timings and fees are subject to change by the doctor or facility.
- Please provide accurate contact details — we cannot confirm a slot without reaching you.
5. Demo content
This website currently displays demonstration data. Doctor profiles, facility names, prices, statistics, testimonials and contact details are clearly marked placeholders and must not be relied upon. They will be replaced with verified information before launch.
6. Third-party facilities and practitioners
Where the site lists hospitals, clinics, laboratories or independent practitioners, those parties remain responsible for the care they provide, their own licensing and their own pricing. We are not liable for the clinical decisions or conduct of a third-party provider.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, abusive or automated content through our forms.
- Do not attempt to probe, scan or disrupt the website or its hosting.
- Do not copy site content for commercial use without written permission.
8. Intellectual property
The Medical Care Hub name, logo, layout, text and original graphics belong to us. Photographs used during the demonstration phase are licensed stock images belonging to their respective owners and will be replaced with owned or licensed photography before launch.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every published detail is current at all times.
10. Limitation of liability
